The Stripes will return to the United Kingdom this fall for a headline tour across the country. Here’s a listing of the gigs:
24 Oct. - Glasgow SECC
25 Oct. - Manchester MEN Arena
26 Oct. - Newcastle Metro Arena
28 Oct. - Birmingham NEC
29 Oct. - Cardiff Int. Arena
31 Oct. - Sheffield Hallam Arena
1 Nov. - Nottingham Arena
2 Nov. - London O2 Arena
Tickets for every show except the Glasgow one can be purchased from a 24-hour credit card hotline (0871 2200 260) or online at gigsandtours.com
Glasgow tickets will be sold from pclpresents.com

Arrrgh, have they all sold out? I can’t find them on gigsandtours anywhere! I so want to see the White Stripes in concert :(

Quite possibly, Dave. Their upcoming anniversary show in Nova Scotia sold out in under 15 minutes!

Hey, I have no idea who the White Stripes (eek, sorry) are but I had to leave a comment because anyone who can blog about just one band day in and day out is, well, they’re just completely on their game. I’ll have to stop by and learn about them — someone recommended them for my inspired category. I’ll have to see if that’ll fly.

Well, Jennifer, thanks for the support. And you’ve stumbled upon a transcendent musical sensation here. Elements of the garage rock revival, classic blues and alternative commingle within the Stripes to produce one rocking sound after another!
